Yes, we are located in Saskatoon. Once you receive a notification that your order is complete we will send the pick up location.

Direct-to-Film printing is a modern decorating method where your design is printed onto a special transfer film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto fabric. This process creates vibrant colors, crisp details, and a soft, durable finish. DTF is especially popular because it works on a wide range of materials and colours, making it ideal for everything from custom apparel to team wear and small-batch orders.

• Cost-Effective for Any Run Size: Ideal for small custom orders, bulk production, or anything in between.
• No Pre-Treatment Required: Unlike DTG, DTF doesn’t require fabric pre-treatment, and it doesn’t need a high polyester content like sublimation—making it simpler and more flexible.

A gang sheet is a large sheet of film (commonly used in DTF or screen printing) where multiple designs are arranged and printed together on one sheet.

People use gang sheets to:

• Maximize space and reduce wasted material
• Lower printing costs by fitting many logos or designs onto one sheet
• Print team sets, small business logos, or multiples of the same design all at once

Instead of printing each design individually, the customer places all their graphics onto one large layout. After printing, each design is cut out and pressed onto apparel as needed.

1) Pre-Press the Garment:

• Place your blank garment (T shirt, hoodie, etc.) on the heat press.
• Give it a quick press at 305°F (150°C) for about 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2) Position the DTF Transfer:

• Cut your DTF transfer from the gang sheet if necessary.
• Place the transfer inked side down on the garment, ensuring the clear film is on top. 
  

3) Press the Transfer:

• Set your heat press to 305°F (150°C).
• Cover image with parchment paper or Teflon sheet.
• Apply medium pressure for 15 seconds. 
  

4) Peel Hot:

• Carefully peel the transfer while appying even pressure.

5) Final Press:

• Place parchment paper of Teflon sheet over the design and press again for an additional 15 seconds. This helps to remove any shine and ensures a strong bond.
